Brewed this for my son's baptism and it was the hit of party of the 3 beers on tap. Numbers are based on 65% efficiency
9lbs Maris Otter
2lbs Aromatic Malt
1lb Special B
1lb 60L Caramel
12oz Flaked Oats
4oz Chocolate Malt
1oz Cascade @ 60min
0.5oz Willamette @ 60min
2.5oz Willamette at flame out
If anyone tries it out let me know what you think. I will definitely make it again but I think I'll lower my mash temp a bit from the 154F I did the 1st time.
