- Malty, slightly sweet. Yeast gives off some great flavors.
I must say that this is the closest to Unibroue's Trois Pistoles masterpiece. I have attempted this recipe about 4 times now. This one by far is the best. A must try if you like this ale. I did a 120 min rest at 149deg F pitched at 68deg F with pure oxygen added. Try it and let me know how it turns out. You will not be disappointed.
