Hi!
I want to share this simple but so tasty recipe. I wanted to do a brown ale at first but decide to use a pack of W34/70 that was in my fridge. I did a few pressurized fermented lager recently with success si I had to try it for a brown lager. I was skeptical to use 1lbs of crystal 80 but I really wanted to balance the hops with some sweetness and it finaly worked perfectly. I did about 3 brown ale before and this is my favorite brown beer so far.
I am still not sure what could be improved after a fews pints of this beer.
I used gelatin fining to clear it up.
