Hi,
I've been reading as much as I can about making my own immersion chiller. It seems most people are using soft refrigeration copper coils from their LHS. I have found what I think most people are referring to at various stores near me in Canada. For example:
Aqua-Dynamic Copper Refrigeration Coil 3/8 Inch x 50 Foot from Home Depot
My concern is that it seems that this type of copper is only rated for max temperature of 65C/150F.
Am I looking at the wrong copper or are people just using this anyway and getting away with it for much higher temps?
Thanks
