I just pulled the tap on a brand new keg of HB Maibock - delicious!
We survived Chuck E’s with a little help from the liquor store next door. One of these in a glass of Pepsi ain’t too bad.

Nicely malty (a little on the wort-y side), with good bitterness. Pretty decent for NA.

Pulled a pint of my Single Hop Mosaic that has been in the keg for about two weeks. Had a pint or two a week ago, and I swear it is better now. Seems more fruity with a whole lot less bitterness. Also, just came back from Redmond Oregon and bought a case of Wild Ride Brewery Hidden Trail Pale Ale. It was 25 bucks for 24 bottles, and it is pretty good. So, I am a happy dude. Rock On!!!!!!

Couple of sours and pilsners from Braided River Brewery, Mobile, AL. Nothing special.
Strawberry ale, a few hefes and a strong ale at Oyster City, Mobile.

ESB now tapped. Drinking that while I made Smoker; bacon wrapped jalapeños stuffed with shrimp, cream cheese, and cheddar jack! Flavor is great on the Jalapeños but presentation needs to improved!

Haven’t had this whiskey for about 28 years when a cousin brought a bottle home from Ireland. Decided to get one after seeing @grampamark have his Irish nightcaps. Pretty good. Photobomb by the lopsided bread I made tonight.
Worked a little OT tonight. Weekend begins now.
