I'm running my first batch with an auber cube 2e, which has easyboil DSP320. I've tried everything. I'm running it at power 1 and even 0, and it is boiling so hard its practically slopping all over the place. Mash went fine... I'm running a temperature sensor simulator and am trying to operate it in boil mode.

Can someone please help? The instructions are freaking confusing and I've tried everything I've read in them

Check the BAST temp setting in program mode. Make sure its no higher than about 206f. This setting tells the elements to run at 100% until it reaches that temperature. If its set to boiling or higher, the element will just keep trying to reach that minimum temp regardless of the power input you are using.
