We are working on a clone of Perennial's Abraxas. It's a Mexican oatmeal mocha stout,, perhaps classified as a pastry stout (1.040+ FG). I posted my grain bill OVER HERE and would appreciate input there from anyone interested and experienced in this kind of Imperial Stout.
