Im fairly new to the site and new to brewing, so I figure i'd post up a recipe that i've just tried out curtesy of Atlantic Brewing Supply. If you haven't tried out RBC or ABS everyone should check them out. For this recipe I did to a coffee addition.
1lb4oz Munich Malt
12.0oz Caramel 55
8.0oz Black Malt
8.0oz Chocolate Malt
7lb8oz Pale Liquid Extract
1oz Golding, East Kent Hop 60 min
.50oz Golding, East kent Hop 15 min
.50oz Golding, East Kent Hop 0 min
1 pkg SafAle Englis Ale(23.66ml)
This step is optional but I have tried both and its alot better with coffee
2.00oz Cold Press Coffee Secondary 2 days
5.00 gal batch size
OG-1.067
FG-1.017
ABV% 6.6
10 days Primary
10 days Secondary
