I brewed a braggot witbier and I primed with the amount of honey the recipe called for. I know that you are supposed to let it sit for 2 weeks but I cracked on open a week after bottling and the head is insanely thick. If you wait a while it will go down but when your pour it in a glass it's crazy thick...will this go away as time goes on?
