Howdy ladies and gentlemen,
I am a home brewer from Dallas Texas. I have been brewing beer for approximately two years and brewing mead since 2013.
I brew all grain with fly sparging. I use two freezers for my fermentation control and kegs. I just recently installed a third freezer for lagers.
I will be asking tons of questions on here because I have a knack of finding the “beer ninja.”
