I just finished my Basement Brewery - see pic

I finally have a space to call my own !
A place to keep all my brewing stuff - and best of all NO MORE brewing in a COLD garage in Feb !!

SO, What else do you basement Meth Lab owners do in your Basement Lab !?

I make wine, i have tried my hand a mead.
I have recently gotten into Cold Brewed Coffee.

What else do yous guys make in your basement labs ?

I have this pretty cool Kitchen/Lab in my basement

I need more sh*t to do !

What else do you guys make in your brewery ??

I'm looking for ideas

Sous vide in the RIMS mash tun.

Do your pumps work well mounted so high up?

They work fine that high - except for 1 thing

I can not pump - full power - when its boiling
the pump starts to scream - cause its still boiling inside the pump
cavativating... i just close down the out put by 40% and no problems.

I was thinking about Sous vide in my pot...
I'll have to find something to cook soon !

Beer only! But sous-vide would work too given that I'm electric... just haven't tried it yet.

I've heard of people making big batches of bbq sauce or hot sauce with some of their brewery stuff. IDK if I'd want to use my kettle for bbq sauce though but I guess it would be ok seeing it's stainless steel.

I know nothing about how to make soaps or cheese but a lot of homebrewers are also into that.

The brewery looks awesome! I too hope to one day achieve my own brew lab space. Enjoy it!

I was also thinking about Chocolate candy - molds

I have a terrible sweet tooth for Chocolate !

And i could use my Electric Kettle in a Double boiler method to heat chocolate

Is any one into candy making ?
