I'm just some guy, not much different from other guys who've decided to finally register on this forum after some time lurking. I've got a Mr. Beer Kit sitting on a shelf somewhere I plan to give a spin this summer. The closest thing to brewing I'm otherwise regularly involved in is making water kefir, or Tibiscos, which I've been doing for over a year now.
