A couple of weeks ago I read one of these threads and decided to give fermenting peppers a shot.
I used some lids that I already had from some mycology experiments with .22 micron filters on them.
My thought process at the time was that the CO2 would push the air out.
Now I am second guessing myself.
Any thoughts?
