Hey all!
I am really digging Bell's new "Quite Brite" ale. I wanted to get everyone's take on what yeast is used here. I like the fruitiness that comes from the yeast and was curious how to replicate this.
Bell's usually bottle conditions their beers and I've had success harvesting yeast from Two Hearted, Amber Ale, and Bright White in the past. I'm pretty sure I can harvest yeast from this beer but I haven't done it yet.
