Back in the saddle

Hi - just saying hello and introducing myself.

Just getting back into brewing after many years of missing out.

I’ve been lucky enough to get quite a bit of half decent equipment - a 27L Brewferm electric kettle and a small freezer / heater combo with an inkbird temp controller.

What I’m worried about is having all the gear and no idea so hoping to use this forum to learn, improve and jabber with like-minded souls.

I’m in Windsor in the UK and have a long ago history of working in breweries - but that was many years ago and I don’t think it’ll help much in my shed!

I just jumped back in after a too long absence, hoping its like riding a bike.

I spent 3 years in Europe and visited the UK many years ago. That experience is what made me realize I was not really drinking beer.
