I'm looking to experiment with apfelwein blends like red\white grape, orange etc.

Anyone have any successful apfelwein blends and what blends?

I have a Citrus-Ginger blend (added lemon juice and fresh ginger at primary) that is almost clear - pretty tasty at samples. Can't taste the ginger (sad), but the lemon/apple blend is tasty! 6%.
I also have a cinnamon fire one almost clear...added fresh cinn stix at primary, and will add a 750ml bottle of cinnamon fire whiskey to a gallon of the wine. 5% now, will be 13ish after mixing whiskey. From my tests, it will be a winner!

I also tried with pear\white grape\apple, that turned out really good!
 
Started today:

1 gallon of Apple / Blueberry, brown sugar, OG - 1.07 , EC-118

1 gallon of Apple / (Cranberry-Pomegrante), brown sugar - 1.06 EC-118

I also tried with pear\white grape\apple, that turned out really good!

I used a 32oz bottle of lemon juice to 5 gallons of apple cider. Good mix...
