    What are you drinking now?

My HB Altbier with a local Amber which the brewery used to call an “Alt style ale”. Now they just call it an Amber. The can says “Color: Amber, IBU: 27, ABV 5.4%, Awesomeness: 100” . Beersmith says mine is 11 SRM, 5% ABV, and 25 IBU. Mine tastes just as awesome. 😎 🍻

    Canned beer storing temperature?

One “rule of thumb” which I’ve come across, from various sources, is that beer stored at higher temps will age as much in a month as the same beer, refrigerated, will age in a year. At the temps the OP has mentioned he’s still going to have beer in a month, it just won’t taste the same as it...

    So who's brewing this weekend?

Yesterday, actually, but it was the start of the weekend. Brewed an American Wheat Ale with my SIL. He’s done some brewing in the past but, with a demanding job and a side gig to keep him busy, he doesn’t have a lot of spare time. He enjoys having half a day, or so, to not have anything to think...
