I was looking to make a beer for a Strange Brew tasting day at the local beer club.
I was looking for a Bloody Mary Beer type with Saison base. 3 gal batch
5 Pilsner Mash at 152 for 60 minutes
.25 Camden tablet
.3 oz Magnum 60 min
1 oz Black Pepper corns 60 min
Whir flock at 15 minutes
Citra at Flame out
90-minute boil
Blend of Belle Saison and Kveik Voss Yeast
1+ 5 days
Secondary
5 lb. Frozen fresh tomato's crushed in nylon bag
1 cup celery juice
6 oz Dried Poblano Chilis in Nylon bag
set for 5 days.
Keg or Bottle
