    Thank you. 6/2 Sunday afternoon... here is today's shotglass sample (13 days in fermenter) taken after dumping the yeast. I like the color. Tastes clean, still looking a little cloudy. Seems like a win so far.

    UPDATE: Sunday 6/2--this is the 13th day of fermentation. The bubbling really slowed (and maybe completely stopped,) over the past few days. I opened the bottom valve of the conical verrrrry carefully...only needed to move the ball valve two clicks... Yeast squished out in a few bloop-bloops...

    Any tips on bottling day? Thinking about going straight from fermenter...I have the hose and bottling stick with little spring valve for bottom-up filling. Do I need to pick up a white bucket and spigot as a secondary? Almost there! Thanks.

    Bottling it Monday (14th day of fermentation. Threw in nylon bag (sterilized) with cascade hops for final 4 days.) Stay tuned, and continued thanks, all.
