- Proving very popular and often compared to Affligem blond.
Hi all,
I don't often post recipes but I've had such great feedback from everyone who's tried this that I thought it worthy of a share.
If you've ever had Affligem Blond, that's what this most often gets compared to.
I didn't have the ingredients for a 100% authentic Belgian blonde so I came up with the idea of Luxembourg Girl (not quite a true Belgian, but close enough that you still would....)
Anyhow, if anyone else has a go then let me know how it went. It's a frequent repeat brew on my bar.
Enjoy!

A peppery spicy belgian(ish) blonde.
The Perle hops and Fermentis T-58 yeast should provide the spice notes and the blend of bohemian pilsner and wheat malts will enhance body and head retention.
Maris Otter adds a bready, biscuity malt base.
