Got hooked on the dirty lemonade/thunderbolt at my local coffee shop,which is lemonade with a couple shots of Espresso. so I'm going to try it as a beer.
Making a basic Berliner using fast souring pitch. During the second boil I'm unsure if I'm going to use lemon drop hop or traditional german. After primary I'm going to add lemon zest and then I'll take a couple small samples to figure out the amount of Expresso. But plan on adding that to the keg.
We'll see what happens!
