I've been using my Tilt, integrating it to Brewer's Friend and enjoying the insight it gives me to my fermentation for quite a while now. Well, the Bluetooth appeared to have crapped out so I reached out to them. Marcus promptly sent me out a new one (the newer version to boot) and a mailing label so that I could send back the old one for forensics.
No excuses, no hesitation. Just plain good customer service resulting in a happy customer who is more than pleased to share his experience of a good product and a good company. That's the way it should be, right? I wholeheartedly endorse the Tilt and the company!
