Hi Seefresh,
well Doolin is tiny. eensy weensy tiny. There are only 3 pubs, and you can pretty much see each from the other. Seriously. Tiny place -

Great place though - you will love it. To be honest I just wombled from pub to pub the two times I was there, depending on how busy it was, how good the music was etc. Guinness is great in all of them.
Other things to do: You *must* see the Cliffs of Moher, about 15 mins drive south of Doolin. They are immense and awe-inspiring.

Drive through The Burren, a limestone karst region between doolin and Galway. Visit Lisdoonvarna, made famous in the Christy Moore song of the same name, famed for the annual batchelor-festival there. A nice place to stop for a cuppa and a sandwich if i remember correctly is Ballyvaughan. There's also a smoked salmon place around there too.
If you like surfing or watching surfing, Lahinch, 10 mins south of the Cliffs, is worth a visit. Some decent pubs there on the seafront do a lovely chowder.
I've never actually been out to the Aran Islands (shame - I know!) but it's actually Inis Mor, not Inis Moore (Means Big Island - Inis is Island, Mor is Big)
On the road to Galway is a place called 'Morans on the wier' a famous seafood restaurant -

But I think what you *really* are looking for is this....
http://www.beb.ie/ - the Biddy Early brewery, in Inagh, 20 miles from Lahinch.
Hope this helps, and if I can be of any further assistance, feel free to PM me or post more here.
Enjoy your trip.
Oh - how long will you be there for, and how are you getting there and around??
