CO2 Tank Refill in East-Central Alabama

Can anyone recommend a place in/near east-central Alabama (even ranging as far west/east as Birmingham or Atlanta), where I can go to get my 20# CO2 tank refilled?
- I'd rather avoid a tank exchange, in order to keep control of my own clean tank that I use to feed the beverage carbonator in my vintage soda fountain.

I got mine filled at holstein games Rome, ga. They filled my 5# for $10

And I have also found Nealco Inc. in Gadsden AL - they sell gases for welding, fire extinguishers, medical, and food service - they will either fill my tank or exchange...
