    Should Co2 tanks be cleaned?

    What do you think? Should Co2 tanks be cleaned before refilling? Now of course we don't do this your LHBS does or is so post to. I have read something some where thet they are so post to be flushed out every so often . Anyone heard of this?

    Brew kettle cleaning

    The inside of my stainless kettle is really turning dark brown form all the boils I've done. Is there any cleaner out there that can help clean this off maybe PBW or Oxyclean? Thanks

    Rahr vs Breiss malt experiment

    Lagering in Keg vs. Glass carboy

    Is it just me or do lagers condition better in glass carboys. When i lager in a glass carboy the beer comes out clearer and cleaner then if i lager in a keg. Has anyone else noticed this? Tim

    WOW! Quick starter

    I just did this starter last night, so around 24hours ago. Now this thing appears to be at high Karson and is going crazy. Most of my starters normally take 2-3 days to show any karson or activity. Now can wait till the weekend to pitch this? I won't be able to brew till SAT.

    Oops!! My yeast is dead
