Chocolate Stout

This is definitely the best NEIPA we have had this year. I think we might be a little biased towards Pure Project beers though.

A NEIPA with nectaron, and a a Tannat to go with ribs that we are waiting to come out of the smoker. I’m hoping we have time for one more NEIPA before dinner.

HB Dark Sour Ale

HB peach, pineapple, mango, vanilla, and fluff smoothie style tart ale. This beer is an absolute pain to serve, and it has a little more fruit than it should, but it’s not bad for batch #1 of this style.

No, not at all. If I remember correctly I unscrewed 4 screws at the back, on the inside of the kegerator to access the sensor, and simply unplugged it and put a new one in its place. It definitely didn’t come with instructions, as it was just in a small plastic bag.
