Same thing happened to a buddy. We split a 10 gallon batch. He had a loose connection got 0 pours out of the keg and an empty CO2 tank. His ended up on the floor but dried quick enough he didn't notice it (shed in backyard). It was devastating to him he hasn't been the same since!
You need to get an antenna. Im serious. I got a 50$ one off amazon and have used it for 3 years without looking back. You get 10-20 free HD channels and they are all the local channels you already watch. We get probably 15 channels with amazing reception and then supplement with the internet...
I agree. It will be fine and also a brew day disaster should end with 0 fermentable wort and possibly less tools, property, or brewing buddies due to negligence, unforeseen acts of god, fire/arson, or falling asleep.
I'm surprised there hasn't been more love for this yeast on this thread so far. I've used it quite a bit and find it to a very dependable yeast. I ferment at 63 +- 1 ° and find it to be a very clean and predictable yeast.
for what its worth I got a huge gob of JD weld sealing a leak on the high pressure side of my ac in my car its been there fo over a year. But it constantly fails in another application holding a small satellite radio in place in the same car. Im just sayin.
