Thanks for the response. But due to the lack of information and time frame for production, I pulled the trigger and got a brew boss and hop boss. Larger batches with a little more work. I'll still be interested to see how this thing turns out.

Are you able to have the grain bag from the top rack to drain? Where did you purchase it from, it looks great. Thanks for updating me on the size. I didn't realize the 15 gallon was that big around.
