HB Quad .. Bottled

Boy am I late to the party. Just verified side by side comparison my bottle aged Dubbel is better in flavor then the kegged version. Might note my WCIIPAs were better bottled also. My issues started when kegging IPAs.

HB NonHazy Hazy. Got another planed as a true hazy with Bru-1. Crazy as it sounds, yesterday's brew has fermented to 1.010 today. But it'll only be about 5.5%. I registered 102F fermentation temp this morning!
