so I think that AB_InBev only plans to mix the hops pellets 50/50 with hay and straw, for that distinctive taste they like. So we will need to adjust our recipes accordingly.

If you can make it across the Iowa border, go to Toppling Goliath and Pulpit rock, they are both in Decorah. Toppling Goliath has outstanding reviews on most of the beer rating websites and apps.

BTW, once you get closer to the city, there are a ton of microbreweries. Revolution I hear has great food, Lagunitas is unusual and a fun tour, and Goose Island has their "experimental tap room" with some good stuff.
