I'm on my 3rd batch, and I have stuck with extract brewing up to this point...I start with 2.5 gallon, complete my brew and then top off to get my 5 gallons...
5 gallon = 640oz
48 x 12oz = 576oz...leaving 64...

most of it did finally drop to the bottom with some of the trub....but there is just a little of the fine hop dust scattered across the top...another 7 days and its off to the bottling bucket!!!!

I went and got a new Haier Mini-fridge today for my homebrew bottling....I got it all situated plugged it in and noticed a slight hissing sound coming from the small freezer compartment...the freezer already has ice forming on it after 20 minutes, so I was wondering if the hissing is normal...
