I am moving and won't have space for this system. It was originally set up in a commercial space as a pilot system, but the space was sold off and I am moving to a smaller place so I will not be able to make room for it.

I wanted to add that I am looking to downsize my system so if someone has a smaller system that they are willing to barter with I am willing to negotiate on the price a bit.
Here are the photographs of this system. I originally had this setup to be a small pilot system, but had to move it when the space was sold to a new owner. In the first picture, it is hooked up to a natural gas line, but the original propane lines from the burners will come with it.

I expect that you're finished fermenting. since it's an imperial stout using extract, I would expect an OG on the high side. It might still drop a couple points, but I doubt it will come down much further.
In agreement with everyone else, that's a bit too much crystal. Also, my personal preference I dont really like chocolate malt in an ESB, but that's my personal taste.
