Brewing started about 10 years ago. I was given a Mr. Beer brewing set. Over that time I did about 30 or so brews. I just recently decided to move up. I’m moving into all grain. I recently completed a 10 gallon cooler mash tun. I ordered a 10 gallon kettle and plate chiller that should be here soon. I plan for now to just do 3 gallon batches. At some point I will move up to 5 and build the kegerator but that is a few years off.
