Been a while, but IIRC, not chocolatey enough. I'd do all the above and then touch it off with some chocolate extract before bottling/kegging. That would add some aroma at the very least. Also maybe some vanilla bean. Since I made this, I learned that a touch of vanilla can really round out...
Haven't had time to check in much here, but we had our grand opening this past weekend. 2,500 people came out for my freakin' beer. Unbelievable, but awesome!

Made it into the b-roll today, maroon shirt. Shortly after we tweeted that we got our PA license today (YAY!) a news truck rolled up. Damn, people love beer!

Yep, it's true. Going pro! Been collecting parts for a 10 bbl system. Mash, kettle, and heat exchanger from just west of St. Louis. Flew out and trucked them 850 miles home! Fermenters from a closed PA brewery. And I have a serving tank on the way next week from Vancouver, WA...
