Update. I’m doing my third closed transfer right now. The gas is still pushing into the fermenter first. It bubbles first before reversing and pushing the beer into the keg. I connect the lines before opening the spigot on the fermenter. What am I doing wrong? Should I not connect the gas like...
Bobby is my “local” even though he’s 35-40 minutes away. I pop in at least once a month and end up talking to him almost every time. In fact, I’ll be there again next week to grab my next round of ingredients and some small parts.

I use it almost every day but have to take over frequently. The #1 issue being ridiculous lane changes when I’m cruising with the flow of traffic. It never did that in prior versions. I wish we could turn off lane changes completely.
I lost all of my old brewing records when I switched from Mac back to PC. I keep meticulous notes, so at least I have all of my current iteration batches saved. I'm up to 42 since I started again in late 2022. I definitely cracked 100 from 2005 to 2014, but that's lost to the ages now.
I’ve noticed something similar. It will show me a calibrated number and the large gravity reading, always 4 points between them as you’re seeing. So I just assume the middle.
